missing pillows sputtering machine
the room seemed fine initially i arrived but the promised extra pillows were nowhere to be found maybe they were hiding i looked everywhere the lack of attentiveness to a simple request was annoying also the in-room coffee machine did not work properly it sputtered and made a mess on the counter this added a layer of inconvenience to my morning

central location, great breakfast
excellent location friendly staff cozy area really good breakfast
The location was excellent. friendly staff checked me in early. the room felt bigger than i expected. there was tea, coffee, milk and a kettle. the breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the quality of food and the cozy breakfast area.
The hotel cleanliness was questionable. They only emptied the bins. towels were changed upon request. the bed wasn't made. i found this surprising for a hotel of this standard. the floor and surfaces were not cleaned for dust.

the staff at reception assisted me. they were helpful in storing my luggage when i went up north for a couple of days. i was asked at check-in if i wanted room service, and i still got it when i declined.

I noticed the hotel offers many activities. there is a rooftop bar and spa with views. the hotel has bikes available for rent. the rooftop pool is at 37 degrees. What a delight!

helpful staff daily activities good breakfast camper theme
the staff was helpful and friendly i liked the daily activities on offer. the breakfast was very good with hot and cold options i appreciated the healthy choices. i found a table tennis table on each floor and enjoyed the rooftop bar and spa. the hotel's camper theme with fire pits and decor created a great feel.
i found that housekeeping required scheduling and some toiletries were not to my preference.

the breakfast buffet included many gluten-free options. i found the staff very helpful when i needed to book a new flight. security operated 24/7, a feature i appreciated!
the gym's rules were not clearly posted, so understanding access times was difficult.

Centrally located with great theming
superb theming helpful staff clean room
The theming of the hotel IS superb. Staff were helpful. The room, even without A window, was clean. it felt cute.
i HAD to pay extra for the pool and sauna. Those things are usually included. I was looking for a hotel with a pool. THEN i found out i could pay big money to spend 2 hours in a small pool.

The gym featured three treadmills. It also had two stationary bikes. Breakfast service included various options. Fresh fruit was abundant during my meals.
The hotel exterior looked somewhat worn.
